Captain Eric began working as a Divemaster in Key West in 2007, became a Captain in 2010, and purchased his own boat, Laid Back, in 2011. He has been sharing his love of South Florida's marine life through private charters ever since.

Meet Captain Eric Grandcourt
Captain Eric's story began in Broomfield, Colorado, where he spent years exploring the Rocky Mountains, hiking, snowboarding, and enjoying life around Denver and Boulder.
Eventually, the cold winters lost their appeal, and Eric discovered a new life in Key West. He traded office suits for wetsuits and the mountains for the open waters of South Florida.
He began his career as a Divemaster with Captain's Corner Dive Shop in 2007 and became a Captain with the same company in 2010.
In the winter of 2011, Eric purchased his own boat, Laid Back, and has been sharing his love for South Florida's marine life on private charters ever since.
